Modular Design for Versatile Applications

The gantry milling machine adopts a modular combination design, which can be assembled into a suitable processing state according to the on-site working conditions. It can be installed vertically, cantilevered, linearly, or on a pre designed tire frame to complete the processing.

Multiple Spindle Head Configurations to Meet Different Machining Needs

The spindle head of the LMD series milling machine is equipped with an electronic caliper, which can accurately measure the milling depth. The spindle head also has a rotating function, which can mill different planes. The spindle head uses high-strength and high hardness tool holder fixtures, making the machining process more stable

High-Efficiency Hydraulic Drive with Integrated Power System

Gantry milling machine has different power options: hydraulic power pack, servo motor system and electric motor. Hydraulic power pack: high torque with the heaviest weight.

Servo motor: with worm gear as the reduction, it gets the torque than several times as before. But still comes with the control box. Electric motor: the most portable drive power with smallest size, easy to carry.

Optional Magnetic Mounting Base for Enhanced Work Efficiency

The LMD series milling machine has added a magnetic suction base, which makes our machine more competitive. This solves some problems for customers that cannot damage the machining plane, without the need for bolt drilling or welding. The magnetic switch can be turned on to easily move, and the pulling force is very large. Even if the machine is inverted, there is no need to worry about stability.

Precision Linear Screw and Guide Rails for Accurate Machining

The LMD series gantry milling machine adopts double rack feed on the X-axis to reduce errors and ensure smooth operation of the machine, and ball screw feed on the Y-axis to refine the machining plane and reduce errors. Linear guides have higher strength and smaller gear transmission errors during processing.
