This portable milling machine is designed for precision milling of critical mounting surfaces. It is able to carry out a wide variety of on-site machining applications for large surface areas without the need of dismantling. It is ideal for levelling the bases of new installations of pumps, bearing pedestals, blower mounts and other equipment bases.
Multiple Spindle Head Configurations to Meet Different Machining Needs
Multiple spindle heads can be paired with different configurations, as well as different diameter cutters ranging from 100mm to 200mm. Typically, the smaller the cutter head, the faster the milling speed. The spindle head can also be rotated 90 ° for installation to suit different working conditions and installation scenarios.
High-Efficiency Hydraulic Drive with Integrated Power System
We use hydraulic pump tension as the main driving method for the LMD series milling machine. The hydraulic pump station has stable performance, strong output power, and can also remotely control the feed rate to fine tune the machining speed.
Optional Magnetic Mounting Base for Enhanced Work Efficiency
In order to enable the gantry milling machine to be used in different scenarios and working conditions, we have also designed a bed body that can be installed with a magnetic suction base. This way, there is no need to fix it with bolts or welding, and it can be controlled directly through the magnetic switch, which is easy to move and greatly reduces the time for machine installation and disassembly.
Precision Linear Screw and Guide Rails for Accurate Machining
The linear guide rail of the LMD series bed body is a complete customized guide rail, which enhances toughness and rigidity, making the guide rail less prone to deformation. Each section of the bed body is placed from the raw material for 2-3 years, allowing it to fully oxidize and deform. This makes it less prone to deformation and more stable after later production into a bed.
