The LMD series gantry milling machine is a milling machine that allows customers to choose their own machine stroke. The machining stroke of the X-axis and Y-axis can be freely combined and matched according to the on-site machining situation, and the stroke can also be customized according to the customer's special working conditions.

High-Efficiency Hydraulic Drive with Integrated Power System

The LMD series gantry milling machine is equipped with a three output hydraulic pump station, with painless voltage options such as 380V and 415V. Depending on the customer's country or region, the components of the hydraulic pump station are stable, not easily damaged, and do not require a lot of maintenance.

Optional Magnetic Mounting Base for Enhanced Work Efficiency

Magnetic suction bases are currently widely used in our machines and have become a common base for our gantry milling machines. Due to space limitations and the fact that some surfaces are not allowed to be welded or bolted on a flat surface in order to maintain integrity, it is necessary to use magnetic force to firmly attach the machine to the surface in order to better protect it. This is also one of the reasons why customers choose our products. We will provide customers with more suitable solutions based on their on-site situation.

Precision Linear Screw and Guide Rails for Accurate Machining

The X-axis of the LMD series gantry milling machine adopts a dual rack drive feed, and the Y-axis adopts a ball screw feed, which can ensure stable movement and reduce errors, while also maintaining machining accuracy. The spindle head is equipped with a scale, which can clearly show the depth of processing.
