Blind Flange Processing Machine

The portable flange facing machine maintains a high degree of precision and features a variable feed rate, enabling it to achieve the desired surface finish for all types of gaskets. These flanging tools can be powered pneumatically or hydraulically, are highly portable, and are designed to operate under the most arduous conditions.

The heavy-duty spindle design provides precision machining within tight tolerances, even when used in a vertical orientation or upside down.

It can cut "O" Ring grooves, lens ring, RTJ and other V grooves, standard and compact flange facings, weld preparations, and other surfaces.

Equipped with two sets mounting bases, the carefully designed two-stage adjustment mechanism enables the machine to be quickly mounted in the flange with a diameter of 500mm to 1650mm.

Optional heat exchanger mounting kit & back facing kit provide more flexibility in machining operations for heat exchanger tube sheets and other applications, its allow the machining of the outside diameter and back/lower face as well as the top face of a work piece.

The machine is driven by a 2.9HP pneumatic motor, It can achieve cuts up to a maximum depth of 2mm (0.079") on flanges without bolt holes or 0.5mm (0.02") with holes.
