Structural features of flange planer
The structural features of flange planer mainly include the following aspects:
Structural composition: The flange planer is mainly composed of bed, worktable, gantry, slide, power head, CNC system, cooling and chip removal system and other parts. The bed and gantry are welded parts, and the worktable is cast iron, which has been annealed many times to ensure stable precision.
Movement mode: The bed and gantry are fixed, the worktable can move longitudinally along the guide rail (x-axis), the slide on the gantry crossbeam can move horizontally along the guide rail (y-axis), and the power head can move vertically on the slide (z-axis). The x, y, and z axes are all driven by servo motors and ball screws.
Power system: The power head spindle adopts a precision spindle, driven by a variable frequency motor, and can be steplessly adjusted according to needs. The spindle box is equipped with a tool release cylinder for convenient tool change, and can be equipped with a tool intercooler to achieve high-speed cutting.
Cooling and chip removal system: The machine tool adopts water cooling and is equipped with a coolant supply, recovery, and circulation filtration system. Spiral chip conveyors are installed on both sides of the workbench for automatic chip removal.
Protective measures: The machine tool x and y axis guide rails and lead screws are equipped with protective covers, the x axis is equipped with a steel plate protective cover, and the y axis is equipped with an accordion-type protective cover to protect the machine tool from external influences.
