Turning operations
The JL30/JL50 lathe is primarily used for turning operations. It can handle workpieces up to 11.8 inches (300mm) long and 5.9 inches (150mm) in diameter. This makes it suitable for turning small parts such as gears, bushings, and shafts.
Variable speed control
The JL30/JL50 has a variable speed control system that allows the operator to adjust the spindle speed to suit the requirements of the workpiece. This feature is especially useful when working with different types of materials and cutting tools.
Smooth Cutting
Adjustable tool head and round tool bits allow quick tool positioning for accurate turning.
Drive Unit
