The maintenance cycle of flange planer mainly depends on its working environment, frequency of use and equipment status. Daily maintenance
Daily maintenance should be carried out every day, mainly including the following:

Cooling system maintenance: Check the pump and pipes of the cooling system, clean the cooling water tank to prevent dirt clogging, and ensure the normal heat dissipation of the machine.
Transmission device inspection: including belts, gears, etc., to ensure that the tightness and wear are adjusted or replaced in time.
Tool and toolholder maintenance: Check the wear of tools and toolholders and replace them in time to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of machine tool processing.
Regular maintenance
Regular maintenance is generally carried out once a quarter, mainly including the following contents:
Machine tool calibration: By checking the geometric accuracy, axis verticality, etc., corresponding adjustments and corrections are made to maintain the high accuracy of the machine tool.
Hydraulic system maintenance: Check the oil level and quality, clean the oil tank and replace the filter element to ensure the normal operation of the hydraulic system.
Annual overhaul
Annual overhaul is generally carried out once a year, mainly including the following contents:
Comprehensive inspection and maintenance: Comprehensive inspection and maintenance of all parts of the machine tool to ensure its normal operation.
Precision calibration: Precision calibration of the machine tool to ensure its processing accuracy.
