Daily maintenance of linear boring machines mainly includes the following aspects:
Appearance and connection inspection: Before starting the machine every day, carefully check whether there is oil leakage in the pipelines, joints, hydraulic cylinders and other parts of the hydraulic system. Small leaks may gradually develop into serious problems and affect system performance. Once a leak is found, it should be marked and repaired in time, loose joints should be tightened or damaged seals should be replaced.
Oil management: Regularly check the level and quality of the hydraulic oil. Check the level of the hydraulic oil through the level gauge on the oil tank to ensure that the level is within the normal range. A low level may cause the oil pump to suck empty and damage the oil pump; a high level may cause oil overflow. At the same time, regularly observe the color, transparency and cleanliness of the hydraulic oil. If the oil becomes turbid, black or has an odor, it is necessary to conduct oil quality testing in time and decide whether to replace the oil based on the test results.
Pressure and flow monitoring: Use a pressure gauge to regularly check the working pressure of the hydraulic system to ensure that the pressure is stable and meets the specified value of the equipment. If the pressure fluctuates or rises or falls abnormally, it may be a fault of the pressure control valve such as the overflow valve or the pressure reducing valve, which needs to be adjusted or repaired in time. In addition, by observing the movement speed and working status of the actuator, it is indirectly judged whether the flow is normal.
Filter maintenance: Regularly check the inlet and outlet pressure difference of the filter. If the pressure difference is too large, it means that the filter is clogged and needs to be cleaned or replaced in time. At the same time, observe whether the filter housing is damaged or deformed to ensure its normal operation.
Component inspection: Regularly check the working status of the hydraulic pump, hydraulic cylinder and control valve. The noise and vibration of the hydraulic pump, the smoothness of the hydraulic cylinder and the flexibility of the control valve are key indicators. If abnormalities are found, they should be checked and repaired in time.
Seal maintenance: Comprehensively check the seals of various parts of the hydraulic system, including seals, oil seals, gaskets, etc., to see if they are aging, cracked, deformed or damaged. If the seal is found to be damaged, it should be replaced in time to prevent oil leakage and affect the system pressure and normal operation.
Cleaning and lubrication: Clean all parts of the machine tool and lubricate the guide rail surface of the machine tool directly. Run the machine at low speed before starting to ensure that all functions of the machine tool are normal.
Regular maintenance: Perform detailed inspection and maintenance every quarter to ensure that all parts are working properly.
