The portable flat milling machine is mainly composed of X/Y-axis guide rails, milling power device, hydraulic system, power unit, and feed power system. The Z-axis vertical stroke milling power device is equipped with a digital ruler, which is intuitive and precise to operate. We adopt high-precision linear high-strength linear guide transmission, with small reverse clearance and high repeatability positioning accuracy. Multiple Spindle Head Configurations to Meet Different Machining Needs
The milling spindle head mounting plate is equipped with two rows of bolt mounting holes. It can achieve large-scale adjustment of the milling head up and down, and can also rotate 90 ° or 180 °. The milling spindle head mounting plate is equipped with an adjustment mounting plate, which can quickly adjust the cutterhead and arm equipment lifting hole, making it easy to install on site.
High-Efficiency Hydraulic Drive with Integrated Power System
The LMD series gantry milling machine is equipped with a high-power three output hydraulic station, which has a large output torque and stable performance. Even high-intensity work can stably output power.
Optional Magnetic Mounting Base for Enhanced Work Efficiency
In order to adjust according to the customer's on-site working conditions and meet more difficult installation requirements, we have added a magnetic suction base option to the machine's base installation selection. Customers can easily turn off the magnetic force by controlling the magnetic retraction switch, move the machine, and quickly install to save costs.
Precision Linear Screw and Guide Rails for Accurate Machining
The X-axis bed body is made of 40CrMo forged parts, which have undergone two heat treatments and have high strength. It is used to fix the guide rails and adopts modular combination. Each X-axis guide rail is equipped with a rack drive, and the advantage of the rack is that it has wireless extension.
The Y-axis is made of aluminum structure and has undergone multiple hard oxidation treatments, resulting in high strength. Enhance stability.
