The modular design of the LMD series allows it to operate and process more stably, and also provides more installation methods, such as cantilever, straight line, and gantry, which can be freely switched and installed. Very suitable for on-site maintenance, on-site installation, easy processing, and improving work efficiency.





Multiple Spindle Head Configurations to Meet Different Machining Needs
Our milling spindle heads come in two types: NT40 and NT50, both of which can be equipped with optional angles of 90 ° or 180 °. Generally, smaller gantry milling machines use NT40, while larger gantry milling machines use NT50. If a servo motor is used as the feed method, only NT50 can be used to match the spindle head. However, for our conventional feed unit, we still recommend a hydraulic pump station.
High-Efficiency Hydraulic Drive with Integrated Power System
Hydraulic pump station, servo motor, and pneumatic motor are all common feeding methods, with hydraulic pump station being the most commonly used due to its stable output and simple circuit. Servo motor is commonly used in CNC systems. If customers want to use it in dust-proof and anti-static scenarios, it is recommended to use pneumatic motor for feeding, which is safer.
Optional Magnetic Mounting Base for Enhanced Work Efficiency
In order to make the machine more convenient to use, we also designed a switch controlled magnetic base installed at the bottom of the machine. Because the magnetic base has a switch, it can be moved and installed at any time, saving the trouble of bolt welding and equipment transfer, especially for on-site processing with limited space.
Precision Linear Screw and Guide Rails for Accurate Machining
The bed of the LMD series milling machine adopts a double rack feed method, and the tool arm adopts a ball screw feed method. This not only ensures smooth operation of the machine, but also guarantees high-precision machining.
