The spindle head used in the LMD series milling machine is driven by a high torque hydraulic motor, which has strong power and high milling force. It can mill flat surfaces and drill holes. The spindle head can rotate 90 ° to match milling work on different planes. There are also multiple installation modes for milling machines, including cantilever installation or linear installation, which can be used in different machining sites

High-Efficiency Hydraulic Drive with Integrated Power System

Hydraulic pump station is the preferred power unit for most customers, with a simple circuit, high flexibility in spatial layout, easy maintenance and repair, excellent heat dissipation performance, improved operating efficiency and stability, strong universality and adaptability, easy operation, and also servo motors and pneumatic motors for customers to choose from, suitable for different site requirements.

Optional Magnetic Mounting Base for Enhanced Work Efficiency

The LMD series milling machine also adds the option of magnetic suction fixation, and the suction base is magnetically attached to the equipment, which has high stability and is not easy to fall off. Although in some cases (such as tilted placement), it may cause or the side installation may also firmly grip. Its technical features are reflected in rapid installation and positioning, non-destructive disassembly, and multi degree of freedom adjustment capabilities. The patented design includes a magnetic circuit and a mechanical linkage locking system.

Precision Linear Screw and Guide Rails for Accurate Machining

Linear guides make machine operation more stable. Both the knife arm and the bed are equipped with holes for lifting rings, making it safer and faster to lift and install the machine.
