LMD is equipped with two types of milling spindle heads, NT40 and NT50, with a stroke that meets the amount required for daily work, covering a wide range, and can easily complete 90 ° and 180 ° rotations, making it easy to machine the side and top surfaces.

High-Efficiency Hydraulic Drive with Integrated Power System

Our gantry milling machine, like the linear milling machine, uses a hydraulic pump station as the power feed unit because the power output of the hydraulic pump station is more stable and the circuit is clear, making it easy for workers to install. The 21.5Kw hydraulic pump station can fully cover all the power required by the gantry milling machine.

Optional Magnetic Mounting Base for Enhanced Work Efficiency

In order to greatly improve the efficiency of the gantry milling machine, we have designed a new installation mode. Customers can choose to install it through a magnetic base, which is commonly used in places where the machine cannot be fixed and on some uneven machining surfaces. Our magnetic base can adjust the height according to the processing surface on site. Each magnet has a fine height adjustment device, which allows the machine to completely adjust the uneven surface to a horizontal plane. If a level can be used, the effect will be even better.
