Cantilever installation mode
The LMD series gantry milling machine can merge two bed bodies, connect them through iron plates, and install the tool arm on the track to form a cantilever mode. The maximum machining stroke can reach 710mm, which is used in some confined spaces where gantry installation is not possible.





Multiple Spindle Head Configurations to Meet Different Machining Needs
Our LMD series milling machines have spindle heads that can rotate 90 ° and 180 °, used for machining side and top surfaces, which are flat surfaces without installation space. If you want a finer rotation angle, you can also choose a customized installation version to control the rotation angle, which is an additional option and usually not quoted in regular machines.
Efficient hydraulic drive with integrated power system
The conventional configuration of the LMD series is a hydraulic pump station as the power unit. The hydraulic pump station has clear lines, high power, ultra-high load and torque, making it the preferred power unit. It can also be selected according to the actual usage of the customer, with servo motors and pneumatic motors available. The choice is usually based on the working environment of the machine, such as in a dusty workshop where electricity cannot be used and only pneumatic motors can be used as power output, depending on the needs.
Optional magnetic mounting base to improve work efficiency
In recent years, we have made improvements in the installation method, and there is also an optional installation mode, the magnetic suction mode. This type of installation can directly fix the machine using magnets without damaging the plane to be processed, which is particularly suitable for narrow spaces and some vertical planes that are not easy to install, greatly reducing the installation time of the machine. This optional function improves the efficiency of the machine.
Precision linear screws and guides for precise processing
